Shipping

Orders will be processed and shipped within 10 business days of placing the order. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

At MURU, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or general returns. However, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are only allowed for sizing issues or if the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Makeup stains, perfume scents, or any signs of wear will disqualify an item from being accepted.
  • Only one exchange per item/order is allowed.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

    Non-Exchangeable Items
  • Sale items or items bought during promotions
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate wear or personal care items
  • Items exchanged after the 2-day window

Return Process

  1. Email our customer service team at murucustomercare@gmail.com with your order details, reason for exchange, and clear images if the item is defective.
  2. Once approved, the item must be returned to our warehouse. Do not send items without authorisation.
  3. Pack the garment in original packaging with tags intact. Items sent in any other packaging will be refused.
  4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Note: MURU is not liable for items lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns.
